I need a customer service person to respond to this please. I don't have access to a phone and I need to talk to someone about my account situation.
This is primarily a peer-to-peer forum. While VzW reps do respond to posts, a response isn't guaranteed and may take hours to a few days. Have you tried using Chat or social media?

I tried the chat, but it's just the automated chat responses and not a person on the other end. I can't really contact on Social media because I'm at Job Corps and social media sites are blocked on the computers here.
