Can someone answer I data question I have?

Greetings friends, I've got a question about data usage regarding the iPhone. I received a text saying I've used up all my data this month which I thought was ridiculous because this photo taken from MyVerizon says otherwise. The issue is there's three different things relating to data usage and I'm not sure which numbers are actually showing how much data I have remaining. Despite all this "data remaining", I can't use anymore data. Take a look at the picture below. Does anyone know why it says I used all my data for this month?? If I actually have used all my data this month, how can I extend it? Ty in advance friends

Ignore notifications. In fact turn them off. The 1 GB used part is how much YOUR line is using. The 6.77 is the total remaining for ALL lines. The 4.25 of 8 is how much regular data you have left on your plan. You have 2.52 of carryover data that will get used only if you go over 8 GB. If you don't use it it goes away.

Vinlie, I am sorry to learn that you received the notification that you are out of data when in fact you were not. The nonfictions regarding your data can be useful, at times false notifications can be sent if we are experiencing an outage with data usage. It was an excellent idea to check your online account when you received that message.

As pointed out from the community member based on the picture you posted you have 64% of your data remaining (6.77GB’s) out of the total 10.52GB’s. Your plan allowance is 8GB’s however you had 2.52GB’s of data carried over from last month. If you do go over your data allowance you can purchase a Data Boost. I believe Verizon play with your data, if you use a lot one month they assume you will be a data user the next month so they add usage. I am at 2 gig this month, last month I used over 2 gigs I was traveling. this month I done nothing different and BAM I am at 2 gigs already.. They are watching you.

I believe you're wrong and you are not being helpful at all. And if you think they are so shady switch carriers
