Can't complete online order - All payment types not being accepted

I've been trying to upgrade one of the devices on my account.  Navigating through the screens, customized, added accessories, acknolwedge the contracts.  And Place Order.  Every payment type is not being accepted.  I've tried multiple times this week and same issue.  The payment types included bill to account, paypal, and actually entering a card.  None of them worked.  Has anyone else encountered this issue?  I've bought numerous things online with VZW before and never had this issue.
