Can you report congested towers?

So I work next to the Bay Bridge in Maryland and over the summer traffic backs up a crazy amount. I have noticed that when traffic backs up, which is almost every day now, I cant use my data at all. Music wont load, google wont load, nothing will load and it not just me cause all my coworkers that have verizon have the same issue but all my coworkers that have AT&T have great connection. Is there a way to tell Verizon that there tower is being overworked? Thanks

Sprint, T-Mobile or AT&T won't magically make kids on summer break cease to exist.

If only they could..... sigh... lol, but my coworkers that have AT&T have no problem with data when me and the other shmucks with Verizon cant google a thing

I use Pandora daily in my car, so I can imagine how frustrating this must be, GreatTyler. You're a valued customer, and I wouldn't want you to cancel service. Let's take a closer look at this and find out what is going on. It does sound like congestion, but I do want to ensure I am gathering some more information to be sure. Does service improve if you travel outside a 5-mile radius? What city and major intersection is this happening at? Do you have any issues with calls and texts too?

Thanks for the response, I ran a speedtest at the location in question and it got 0.73 mbps and text messages sometimes dont go through and I have to keep hitting pretty but phone calls drop here and there but even when they are connected it is to choppy to understand most of the time. I drove to a gas station about 3 miles down the road and ran a new speed test and got 43 mbps, which is quite a difference. The dead zone is at sandypoint state park in Annapolis Maryland

GreatTyler, I appreciate these details and the results of the speed test. I was not able to locate any alerts for Annapolis, Maryland. Do you know if you received 0.73 Mbps as a download or upload speed? For reference, we classify download speeds between 5-12 Mbps, and 2-5 Mbps upload as within 4G LTE range. How does your service perform outside of peak traffic hours? Do you receive any error messages when attempting to text or when your calls drop? Looking forward to hearing back.

The speed test results were outside of traffic times and the .73 mbps were download speeds. I ran it multiple times that day and it was pretty consistent with that speed. I never got any errors during calls other then it being choppy while talking or just dropping out.
