There is no service in the facility that I work at here in Downey, CA; both indoor and outdoor. Reinserting the sim card doesn't help. My other coworkers that have vzw have the same problem. Zip code is 90241-90242 Will vzw be able to help us?

I've had bad service at my residence as well as my kids and my neighbors. My Verizon service usually rocks elsewhere but in my neighborhood it's pretty bad. 14534. It's been like this for a while, my iphone6 and my kids droids as well. Any tweeking you can do to improve the signal in this area?
