On Oct 18th I opened a support request with the following:
Our mobile service has deteriorated dramatically over the last 6 to 8 months. Within our home calls are dropped, people cant hear us - emails are not getting sent. I almost called an ambulance for my husband two days ago when he called me from our home and I thought he was having a stroke. I was panicking. We have tried pods and have a new wireless extender they do not helped I even purchased a new phone. I am afraid we will not be able to contact 991 in an emergency.
I asked that I be contacted by email - I got two emails to login the Verizon app and nothing else via email. Then customer support closed out the ticket and labeled it as resolved.
What is Verizon doing about wireless connectivity in the Franklin MA area.
