Coverage map appears to be inaccurate

While I understand its only supposed to be an estimate, the map solidly indicates I should have coverage in my area (zip code 72522). I work at the elementary school there and I am not the only one who can't get service in the area. Is there any way to get this looked into?

Buildings like that may not have any coverage. Where I work, once I walk in the signal is poor at best.

The coverage map is grossly inaccurate and misrepresents areas where coverage is available.
