The customer service has declined horribly these past years. The auto chat assistant is not user friendly and limited on its understanding and ability to help and direct. Anytime I need to speak to someone I am directed to an auto assistant that does not understand and it it incredibly difficult to get the call directed to a live agent. When you're finally directed to an agent, the wait is almost always 1 hr and more. The wait with the online chat is about the same and easily gets disconnected.
