Deactivate Call Forwarding while outside the US

Normally I use *73 to deactivate call forwarding.

I'm having a problem getting the code to work outside of the US any ideas?

I am not so sure you can while out of the states or in an area where you roam as you are not on your network

I dont know if it can be done like you can from a landline, call *73 xxx-xxx-xxxx hear beeps and call it one more time to confirm
