I don't know what is going on but Verizon coverage in North Idaho has declined to the point it is almost non existent unless on wireless internet. Something has changed and it is making it impossible to use our cell service almost everywhere.
I know the importance of being able to rely on your service! I would be happy to help troubleshoot. Is this happening indoors and outdoors? Does the performance change at different times of the day?
