We have been Verizon Wireless customers for several years in Brookline, NH Zip code 03033. Until the last few months, we have had adequate cellular data coverage. In recent months we have NO data coverage at our house or in most of our town. We are very close to going to an alternate provider if we can't resolve this. I have already done extensive trouble shooting with your automated system, but based on my experience, and the experience of others in the area, I have no reason to believe this is anything but a network coverage issue.
Just wondering if anybody has any other thoughts. We went to Verizon a few years ago because the coverage was better than the carrier we had at the time. That's clearly no longer the case.
