I ordered a new phone but I wont be home during the day to get it. Do I have to be hoMe? Can I change the delivery to my work?
You will have to contact VZW to change the delivery location. They will have to contact the shipper. After the 1st delivery attempt you can usually contact the shipper (Fedex for example) and arrange to pick it up at their facility if you don't want them to do a 2nd delivery attempt. You can also have a neighbor sign for it or leave a note with your signature to authorize them leaving the package (this is risky though. If it's stolen from your door then you will be responsible for the loss).
