We moved to KW 8 months ago and the past few months our service has diminished greatly.
We are experiencing dropped calls, less than 3G signals and the inability to use our data plans. We called and opened a "trouble ticket" and a service tech was supposed to come out and check the signal at the local tower but I never heard back from anyone. Customer service said they could sell me a network extender but I told them I should not have to pay for their lack of adequate service and the fact I have the cost of 4 working lines with them.
Has anybody had similar experiences and have any input for resolution?
