Anyone able to escalate an issue or know who to submit a complaint to in writing. I’m about ready to contact AAA. I bought a iPhone 14 July 1st for same day delivery and it never came. On July 6th I canceled the order. I have not been reimbursed and I’ve called so many times. I was first told it takes 6 weeks which it has been well over, then told any day now, last time i called they said it was never submitted and it would be 3-5 days. That was weeks ago. I’m now getting messages I’ll be charged my 140.00 old phone credit. So ridiculous that they never sent me a phone and haven’t reimbursed my almost 1,000 dollars.
