I have been a customer with Verizon for years and this is the first time I have ever had such a horrible experience and no help on resolution. I accepted the promotion for the 5G Home Internet that after 60 days, I could choose from the Xbox or a Home Depot gift card. I got the email saying I was eligible and I went in to choose the Xbox and it wanted me to pay for it, it didn't do the "gift card" amount it said it would. I backed out and now the Xbox is not an option. I have called and gotten no help. I went to a store that submitted an escalation form and said someone would call me in 3 business days, and nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I can't believe how much of a night mare this is. What is the way to get Verizon to actually honor their agreement?
