I have been loyal to Verizon since 1994 or 95, but I'm not feeling the same loyalty in return. I have spoken with numerous employees regarding the recent 'Broken Phone. Broken Rules. $1000 off.' promotion that I learned about via recurring tv advertisements. HOWEVER, when I've tried to take advantage of the promotion, I have repeatedly been shot down, redirected, steered to other promotions, denied it's existence, told I didn't understand the ad, and that many customers have come in to the retail store I went for the exact same promotion, but the rep said he turned them away as well for the same reasons. I even had a supervisor make up his own fine print and requirements that were not included in the ad.
I have attempted to have this matter addressed and resolved by escalations and corporate, leaving numerous messages (including with said supervisor), requesting a return call, yet I have not received a single phone call, message or any attempt to resolve this misguided and extremely frustrating issue. This leads me to wonder what's really going on here!?
So, with that being said, exactly what do I need to do to get assistance with this issue and to have the promotion honored, as advertised?! I've never felt so ignored or had such a hard time having my message(s) returned and/or receiving followed up contact. I've also never hit so many brick walls just trying to speaking with someone so I can receive help to resolve an ongoing issue. Where is the return loyalty? Where is the integrity?? I'm just trying to resolve this matter in the "family", but I can only do so if Verizon is willing to cooperate and communicate with me, which, thus far, they have not!
Thank you!
