Hi Friends

I moved from CT to Duluth GA 3 weeks back. Ever since I moved my Verizon 5C phone is giving me signal issues. The calls gets stuck up or Internet doesn't open up, GPS signal lost etc. Area codes 30044, 30043, 30045, 30047. The signal strength is very poor and goes to 1X very often. Is there setting that needs to be changed or is it a VERIZON signal issue on these zip codes. Please help

Try removing then reinserting the SIM card to reset your network connection fo ryour new location. It may be the area, but you may have to retrain the phone to recognize it's new surroundings. Also, check to be sure your preferred network is set to LTE/CDMA, not Global.

Same kind of issue here. My service was great until about 3 weeks ago. Not my office in zip 94577 dumps consistently to 1x making my Iphone 5s absolutely useless. I am currently research other carriers because I am out if verizon can fix this issue.

Have you noticed any changes to the area? Are you able to connect to 3G/4G outside of your office? Does removing and reinserting the SIM to refresh the network show any improvement?
