Help, I need to speak with a person in customer service

I was sent an item (car antenna) that was not needed and I need a return label.  we have a wireless house phone that does not work but can't get anyone at customer service.  requested a call back many times, no call back.  help!!!!!!!!! I HATE VERIZON
