I just wanted to see how many other people have issues with Customer service and Support with Verizon. I have called them 6 times in the last 2 months because my phone was and IS still messed up. The only solution they seem to want to do is send me a Refurbished phone or me pay $$$ to upgrade my phone. The funniest thing is the refurb i was sent didnt work on the first day i had it and now i have to send it back in. Whats worse then that is it was due to a hardware issue and unable to charge or detect a usb cable, the lady wanted me to try a new cable after i explained i tried two different cables with 2 other phones and the one that was broke. After all this the only solution is for me to pay out of my own pocket to fix there screw up. It is really starting to aggravate me and i wish something would be done. Maybe what they need is a big enough lawsuit to where AT&T can buy them out lol
