I have had this problem since switching back to Verizon around January. On my old pixel phones I had absolutely no issues. Now my wife and I are consistently at 1 bar. -110 dbm to -120 dbm almost everywhere. Data is almost unusable in different areas around me. Not only is the data unusable but the customer service is absolutely garbage. So far since May 26th I have gone through three different people who all "call back the next day" but I never received anything. This problem is happening on both of my LG v60 thinq's. They have both been reset multiple times and are completely up to date.

After speaking to another two reps. My options are upgrade my plan or upgrade my plan. Can't use what I'm paying for so I guess we'll switch to another carrier.

I am so sorry to hear of any issues with using your data services. We do want to get this figured out to ensure that your connect is working as expected. What is the city and state of where this issue is happening? Does this issue happen indoors or outdoors? -Al

All over central FL, Orlando to Daytona. And both indoors and out.

We want to make sure that you take advantage of the best options to improve your experience on our network. You mentioned that you're having issues with service in several places. We need to take a closer look at your device and plan. Which make and model phone do you have? Which plan do you currently subscribe to?

Phone info:
Model: LM-V600VM
Software Version: V600VM20e
Hardware Version: Rev. 1.0
Android Version: 11
Phone Plan: Start Unlimited
This is for both phones, before these we had Pixel 2 XL's with the same exact plan. I had no problems before my switch to T-Mobile and back.

Start Unlimited will be very slow when the system is busy. You will be prioritized regardless of how little data you use. It is way too expensive for what you get. Your choice will be to upgrade which will cost you even more.

Appreciate the reply, and understand the prioritization but I can barely listen to music when driving, constantly buffering. This never happened before we got these new phones.

We want this resolved ASAP. Please test your speeds at speedtest.net outdoors (a few times in some of these areas if possible) and notify us of the results. Thank you.-Sean

Thank you for the helpful details, Hesster92. The Start Unlimited Plan is designed to prioritize your data anytime you are in a congested area. You can learn more about your plan here, http://spr.ly/6606ytFPQ. To avoid your data being prioritized, we do recommend a plan that has a set allowance of data before being prioritized. You can check out all plans and options here, http://spr.ly/6608ytFPa. If you do decide to update your plan, you can make this change here, http://spr.ly/6609ytFPx; -Danielle
