I have contacted customer service numerous times on chat, then speaking in person to reps and visiting 2 stores. I have waited 3 months after being assured that I will have hotspot internet next billing period. My lake house does not have internet available and I need hotspot there for computer & tablet. I finally had to get At& T service on older phone to get hotspot. Next step is change all phones to AT& T. Verizon connection is little stronger at this remote area although at&t is 5g instead of Verizon's 4 lite. Just wondering if anybody at Verizon cares if I switch both phones to At& t. Disappointed customer.
