I suspended my account prior to deploying, but Verizon is still charging me for services that have not been utilized since I left the United States. I'm trying to figure out how to have those charges redacted and ensure that my account has been suspended until my arrival back to the US in the February/March 2017 time frame. I am unable to place calls, but Verizon does not offer email capabilities on their website. Any help would be appreciated.
