For more than a month the reliablity of Verizon service at my place of work has fallen off a cliff. This is a huge problem because my desk phone, work cell phone, and personal cell phone are all on Verizon! Calls are poor quality with frequent dropouts and sometimes fail completely. To finish a fairly short conversation takes many repitions of the same setence before it is clearly understood by the party on the other end of the line, and some calls take three or four redials due to "call failure". A buissness cannot stand for this poor level of performance.
I've tried dailing *611 to report the problem three times. The call either fails completly before I can navigate through the phone tree or the system does not acknowlege the nuber I have keyed in, then the system hangs up due to "lack or response". Talk about adding insult to injury!

We're sorry to read about the issue with your service and we want to make sure that you get the help you need. Are other Verizon users affected? What kind of signal does your device show when service is not ideal? ~Peter

Coverage in and around Heritage Crest / Heritage Overlook, Roberts Ct. and Loyd Ln. in the 21061 zip code has no coverage or 1 bar for an area around these buildings hundreds of feet in diameter. This is an elderly, disabled and low-icome community that would appreciate a signal check and boost as soon as possible.

We're terribly sorry for the issues you have encountered with your service. When did this issue start? Are you having issues with your calls, text, data or all of the above? Are the issues mainly indoors or outdoors?

I know how important it is to keep my service when I am shopping as well, gallomendez09. I also have poor service while I shop at Target. The unfortunate side affect of a wireless signal is that there are a number of factors outside of our control that can impact coverage indoors. This is why we cannot guarantee coverage inside. What happens with your service outside of these store locations?

I too have bad reception service in the Crosby area . At the mud park extreme off road. There is a cell tower near by. Had att for 10 years and the service works great there no issues at all. and just switched a month ago. Regretting it . It happens to all of us that have Verizon. Have y’all done an upgrade on that tower.

Oh, no! LC7114 dealing with service issues can be frustrating, especially if you have bad reception. Our goal is to offer the support you need.
Let's gather more information. When did the problem start? What recent changes have you made? What exactly happens when you attempt to use the service (calls/texts/data)?

I also have very poor signal, even though the coverage maps show good coverage in my area. I have both iPhone and Samsung devices with up to date software. Calls and data connections drop across the area, not just inside structures. Phones show 1 bar of 4G, or less. Text messages are also not received. Near the area of Briargate Parkway and Grand Lawn Circle in 80924. Signal has never been great, but the problems has been getting worse over the last couple of years.

We understand the importance of having reliable coverage. Please tell us, does this happen during specific times of the day? Is this impacting other devices on your account? ~Geo

Yes, all my family and friends who are using Verizon faced the same issue. That includes the iPhones (14 max pro etc.) and Galaxy S22 ultra. We all see are the same 4G LTE one bar signal only. (Never get better anytime of the day) Of course, whoever not using Verizon, like T-mobile, gets exceptional signal everywhere.

Thanks for those additional details, bobobon. Is this location your home area? Did you have service here previously? You mentioned this is happening both indoors and out. How far away from this location do you have to travel before service improves?

Yes, it is. I just moved here for 1.5 years, and reception has been terrible. I would say about 0.25 miles.

That is definitely not the experience we want you to have with our service. Please tell us a little more. Do you have problems indoors or outdoors? What model is your device and is the software up to date?

Hi Maria, I think you may have asked me the same question before.
My roommate and I both use the Samsung S22 Ultra. Both phones have the latest software installed. My location is Torrance, CA 90504.
All my family and friends who are using Verizon faced the same issue. That includes the iPhones (14 max pro etc.) and Galaxy S22 ultra. We all see are the same 4G LTE one bar signal only. (Never get better anytime of the day) Of course, whoever not using Verizon, like T-mobile, gets exceptional signal everywhere.

I too have terrible service. I have been a Verizon customer for over 25 years. Living in the same house. No matter where I go in my very large city. I have no bars or SOS only. I use my phone for my job it is my hotspot. If you cannot deliver more than one bar in a city that is the 13th largest city in the country I'm not really sure what your providing

I'm concerned to hear that you're having such a bad experience with your coverage. Has this occured across multiple devices? Is this outside as well? What city are you located in?
