How can I see past messages on my Verizon account after the phone has been wiped? ( I got an upgrade, but neglected to download my previous messages before wiping the old phone.) Now I want some of those numbers, and I had not yet saved the messages or people to my contacts, and want to find them! Thanks. Are they stored somewhere on my Verizon account?
We definitely want you to have access to your messages! Have you already checked your MyVerizon Messages section for available messages? Did you use Verizon Cloud to backup your content?
