How do I access my wireless contacts on www.verizonwireless.com. I have been trying to access my wireless contacts that I had in Back up Assistant Plus online on the computer all day.

Can anyone tell me how to access my wireless contacts??  I used to be able to get it though signing into www.verizonwireless.com.

We hear you are having some trouble getting your contacts online and we have arrived to help save the day. When searching for your contacts online you would have to be logged in under the phone number for the line you are wanting to retrieve contacts for. You can get to the section when you first sign into the My Verizon account. On the left hand side of the screen under where it has "Manage My Device" click the down arrow. Once the section expands there is a link that says "Manage Contacts" That should then take you to the contact saved via back up assistance plus. If it takes you to the cloud, you would just need to accept the terms in order to see them via the cloud which is what is used now. Try that and keep us posted.
