I purchased a ringtone. During download, there was an error and the file was not downloaded. When i try to re-purchase/download the ringtone, I get the message to check my "music inbox" and download it from there. I've searched my entire device, and cannot find this file. How can I re-download the ringtone from Verizon Tones?
