How do you complain about bad service at a Verizon Store location - 831 Fort Salonga Road

The store location at 831 Fort Salonga Road provided horrible service before and after Christmas, making me wonder why I would ever go to a Verizon Store again and just go to an Apple Store for my devices. For every error/mistake they made(there were multiple), I get told it was really my fault.
