I have a Verizon Jetpack™ 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 5510L. I live in a 3G area and have been experiencing slow down load up load speeds. Just checked it at .84 mbps down and .75 mbps up. It gets better at times however not much. I have the same problem using another computer and a smart phone. Anyone with any ideas or info thank you.
unfortunately, on 3g, that's about what you can expect. you're doing REAL good if you ever pull 1.5-2mbps......but anything around 1 is average.

Lets get you back in the fast lane. What zip code are you having issues in? Do you get the same speeds on all three devices? Please try powering the device off and removing and reinserting the sim card,http://vz.to/ZL0NWN and testing the speeds again.

That's normal download and actually quite good upload speeds for 3g.
3g is .5mbps-1.5mbps download and .4mbps-.6mbps upload.
