How to add LTE Network Extender in my devices?

Hi,

Anyone knows how to add 4G LTE Network Extender 2 in my devices?

I 'd like to user Configure Access Settings to set the extender to close mode.

It seems I have to add the extender in "my deivces" first.

Is your extender up and working?  If so, it should have been added to your account.  The MAC ID has to be added/associated to your account in the VZW database(s) before it will connect to the network servers.

I have the opposite problem where I have two old 3G Network Extenders that show up on my account devices but I CANNOT remove them and customer service/technical support cannot either!
