We have had an outage for over a week in Wheeling WV but even with spending hours on the phone chatting, and talking to a number of so called tech support folks we have apparently a master case that today no one can find, another case that was closed without being resolved, and another case that I tried several times to get an update on, but I cannot seem to get any type of response on. I put the NRB number in but just get a blank screen.
In fact according to Verizon there is not even an outage in my area!!! Tell that to the hundreds of users in my area that are affected..
Any ideas on how to get a real update?
