I'm not sure. You can go to https://downdetector.com/status/verizon-wireless and look up your area/zip-code and see if anyone else has reported service issues in your area. I've had issues with my signal also. From what i have read on here, seems like a lot of people in the SE are having major issues. I have full 4G signal and can surf the web and send texts but cant make phone calls. Good luck.
