I canceled a pre-order Dec 7th and am STILL being charged .

I pre-ordered a Pixel 6 pro back in October. After it being back ordered several times, I canceled the pre-order because I needed to get a new phone. It has been nearly 2 months, about five different calls to Verizon, and 10 different chat sessions with various customer service representatives, and I still cannot get $1,000 charge for the Pixel 6 pro that I never received, off of my account. Everyone keeps assuring me that they have a supervisor on it, and it will be taken care of within 48 hours. It's been 2 months. I have canceled autopay on my account, because I cannot afford to have $1,000 taken out of my account this month. I need this charge cleared in the next week. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? This is absolutely ridiculous.
