I wanted to leave a compliment for Warren at the Lee's Summit, MO store. We had an issue with trading in my Pixel 5, which wasn't shown as paid off in the system although it was. Warren assured me I could order the pixel 7 and trade in the 5 later. I came back with both phones a week later and he quickly got it fixed for us. He remembered me and knew the issue I was talking about immediately. Just wanted to give him a compliment.
