Lancaster CA slow data speeds getting worse.

I have updated software, tried data roaming off or on, reset network settings, cleared cache safari, I have 75 gig plan and no where near it. I can’t get anymore that 2 mbps. It’s just this one area. I would say the center of the slowest speeds is Valley central way and Ave J.

Is this due to congestion, or tower work?

Everything loads so slow.

It's great to hear that you've done so many great steps on your phone so far, although I'd need a little clarification to best assist with your speed concerns. What 75 gig plan are you referring to? I ask because we have Above Unlimited, which would not be subject to network prioritization until after 75GB of usage, but that 75 does not refer to data speeds. You also mentioned that you have slow speeds at this one specific location - how are your download/upload speeds elsewhere?

5-12mbps is the best you'll get & can be slower.
