I am in Craig, Alaska and I'm getting very limited data and internet connection on my Samsung phone. In years past my internet connection has been fast but now it's impossibly slow and most of the time I can't even get a connection. It says 1X at the top of my phone for upload/download. Is there an upgrade for better connectivity? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...considering switching to AT&T for better service. Thank you!
