The title pretty much says it all. I have had completely horrid data throughput in downtown SF for a good 2 months now and my data coverage in my home area of San Carlos just doesn't work at all. I filed a support ticket 2 weeks ago with Network Operations and have yet to get an update. Luckily I have a strong WiFi at the house with cable internet. But if I am in downtown San Carlos, unless I am on a public WiFi network I am pretty much hosed for data. This is an issue on my iPhone 5, my iPad 4 LTE and my wife's iPhone 5. So it's a network issue not a hardware problem.
