I have a brand new phone, Iphone 14 Pro Max. I pay my bill. No matter if I change it from LTE to 5G to 5G auto, I do not have reliable internet data. Often I see "no internet connection" "you are not connected" and if something does load, all the page doesnt load. I pay 100$ a month for unlimited data I expect it to work. This past year no mater where I go in Southern California, the data is inconsistant. I should not have to keep my phone connected to free wifis in the area to load anything. I have already done troubleshooting and yes my internet is ON. My uncle, same service same phone also has issues. Verizon has been going downhill this year, fix it or I WILL switch. I live in 93560, but I go all over Southern California. This isnt a one tower issue. What is going on?
