My phone hasn't had 4G LTE service all day. What is going on and when will it be resolved?

Yikes! We need to make sure we get that 4G LTE service back on your device for you. What kind of device do you currently have? Are you having any kind of issues with your voice/text services at all? Also, are you having troubles all over the place or just indoors? Please keep us posted.
