Verizon 5G coverage map shows only 4G LTE is available in my area. I live in northern Virginia, close by Washington Dulles Airport. The map shows 5G nationwide available few miles away from my home. How do I report this to Verizon?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, VRA. Our network engineers are always working with all needed governmental parties, alongside private parties, to do all we can to help expand and supplement the network experience. Unfortunately, all details concerning plans and timelines for network expansion is proprietary, so we're unable to provide details. However, we are working on ways to do so, as permitted by law and regulations.

I upgraded my plan to 5G because the customer service told me that 5G is available in my area. But when I look at the Verizon 5G coverage map, it shows only 4G LTE available for my address. I would like to bring this to the attention of Verizon and see if my area can be covered with 5G towers. My address is {edited for privacy}, Brambleton, VA 20148. Thanks.
