Not receiving voice mail

Motorola Razr M. Recently, I have stopped receiving voice mail messages. I get no notification, nor is there any message in the system when I dial *86. The caller does get the voice mail prompt -- complete with my name -- telling the caller to leave a message. However that message never appears in my voice mail. I've tried this myself -- leaving a message from a land line -- with the same negative results. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps on the web site, including *73 and confirming that the account is set up. Any suggestions for a next step? Thanks.

Pgallay, voicemail is super important while away from the phone! You are on the right track for the troubleshooting steps done so far. The next step is for us to take a look at it and also review the provisioning on the account. We want to make sure there are no blocks and may also need to refresh the feature on our end.
