I have been looking forward to the env touch since it was confirmed around 3months ago, my contract has just ran out and I decided to get online and order it, so once I got on to order it said to talk to a online agent, I thought, what's the harm? So I went on to talk to her, I said I was interested in the env touch and she went on to say other phones and then before I ordered she said that there is a 9.95 a month data plan required for the env touch, I was in shock and confused seeing as how its not a smart phone, so I questioned her about it and her answer was that it was "advanced", if that was the case I wandered why I didn't have to pay 9.95 extra a month for every phone I have had in my loyal 7 years as a Verizon customer. But I agreed seeing as I figured she works for Verizon she must know, so she referred me to the env 3 which I ordered, BUT HERE'S THE KICKER! I tell my friends about it and said no it doesn't.... While looking at me confused, so I did further investigation and found out SHE WAS WRONG! So now I spent 50.00 on a 2 year contract I can't break because of a women's stupidity who was suppose to be a representative! The women's name was Brittany and I hope someone who works for Verizon reads this because I WILL NOT I repeat WILL NOT taking this sitting down! Im planning on making this public as possible, a business of Verizon's magnitude has no room for error in a department of sales! Tell your friends and family, let them no how ridiculous and how **bleep** a company can be!
