Is there a outage in Charlottesville, VA area? I have no texting or phone call ability.
I am unable to dial out or receive calls this afternoon. I am in central Illinois.
We understand the importance of ensuring your service is up and running bcgarage. I am not showing any reported outages in the area. What exactly is going on with service? When did service issues start? Do you know of other Verizon Wireless customers in the area who are experiencing the same issues?

Since it has been two days since you originally messaged here in the forums, are you still experiencing issues with your calls? How are your other services working, such as text messages and data access? What zip code are you located in?
