Occasionally when someone calls my phone the operator states that my phone is no longer in service or has been disconnected but when they call right back the call will come through.
That is certainly strange, Brenee'. Has this happened with multiple people or just one person? When did you first notice this?

It happens with multiple callers for a few months now. I also noticed the caller will receive that message when I'm on the phone, as if my call waiting doesn't work.
