Poor Business wireless coverage in 30501

Good Morning,
Over the past year Verizon's converge has degraded in the Northeast GA area 30501. At present our only solution is to move employees over to AT&T. I Verizon presently lowering power on 4G radios in order to promote 5G. If not please explain this change

What happens when using the phone for calls, text, and data? Does this happen indoors and outdoors? Is this a sporadic issue? Does this happen in multiple locations or one select location? -Danielle

The reception problems happens both inside and out. Yesterday 12/19, I received a voicemail that was sent on 12/17. This same problem happens on both androids and iphones within our cooperation. The only constant is the carrier.
It's almost as if the carrier is powering down 4G transmission in order to promote 5G. And with very few 5G repeaters out yet, 5G coverage is sporadic. I realize by the by 2024 the full 5G rollout will be complete. Until then.....
