My wife and I have been struggling with extremely poor cell signal in our neighborhood on Cathedral Hill in Saint Paul. I have been in the middle of phone calls when driving home and will lose the call as soon as I am within 3 blocks of our house. We constantly are dropping calls or getting poor reception in our house, especially if we move from room to room. As soon as I am more than 3 blocks away from my house my signal will go from 1 bar to 4. Prior to last year we had very good service in our house and the area
I have called customer service multiple times. They reset the network signal on phone. Now they are sending me a WiFi signal boost for my house. That will only work in my house, but will do nothing for the surrounding area. On one of my calls to customer service I was told that the issue is the conversion to 5G . There have been similar posts from individuals who live in the same area. What is Verizon doing to fix this issue?
