The original thread (see on the bottom) was closed, as old, but issue remains the same: not possible to see a generated Number Transfer PIN.
I used two methods: "my profile" and "port". In the first case I got a message that PIN was generated, but there was no any instructions about how to see it.
I cancelled the number online and tried #port from my mobile device. This method suggested to visit a URL. When I clicked on that URL I got a "504 Gateway Error"
Tried to get a representative through #port, but an automated system told me to call during the business hours without providing details about what they are.
Just like other people in the "old" thread mentioned: never again Verizon. I'm sick of your tricks.
Please share your ideas about how that can be completed, preferably without talking to their support.
