I requested my privacy information. Verizon sent it all as a password-protected ZIP file along with a message to use the password they texted me. I received no text. I have spoken with SEVERAL live chat agents and none of them has a clue what to do. Neither will they elevate the matter to someone who can actually help. Now what?
