My child goes to school at {Edited for Privacy]. Every VZ customer there has little to no cell coverage. I just called *611 and I get the impression from the 2 levels of support that it's the first they've heard that there could be such a thing as poor coverage.
To be clear the tech relayed to me that it was a data throttling event when I've experienced consistently non-existent service any time of day for over a year.
Please look into this issue as I have a feeling my effort is going to go unrewarded for the wrong reasons.
