Roadside assistance UPDATED app

I updated the Roadside Assistance app. Went to put my info in and get: WE CANNOT FIND THIS MEMBER IN THE SYSTEM. WHAT!!!!!

I've had roadside assistance seems forever. Now this? Did already try uninstalling and installing app, same message. How can this be fixed? Using it on the LG V20.

Decided after MONTHS, Feb. 23 to present (May 27) of Roadside Assistance app not working, I dropped Roadside Assistance. I called my insurance company and for SAME coverage I will pay $3.00 for 6 months and unlimited call outs, if needed. A shame Verizon can't fix their apps, if they aren't dependable in that way, I can't foresee them being dependable in the future. Will be dropping tablet come November and next year consider moving on. Need a company that is truly dependable and willing to fix their apps, etc.

I apologize for the frustration and let me work on getting this problem fixed. It's been several months since you posted any concern. Do you know for sure that you have the roadside assistance feature on the line when you attempted to use it? YES I did have the roadside assistance!! YES I did contact roadside assistance, their comment. Sorry we have NOTHING to do with the app. YES i tried to contact developer AND allstate. CSR at Allstate said it was a fraudulent email. So Finally gave up. If Verizon can't see that the app isn't working and give people the run around since feb 24, how can we depend on Verizon to fix any problems, we might have, in the future? I now have dropped roadside assistance and took it up with my insurance company.
