Samsung Charge No Mobile Network

My Samsung Charge will not connect to any mobile network 4G or 3G. I have perfect 4G in my house and solid 3G and my work. It will not access any data at either location. It will connect to WiFi and can make calls so the SIM card isn't bad. I had similar issues with my HTC Thunderbolt and went thru 4 replacements before they gave me the Charge and now same thing. I have done reboots, battery and SIM card pulls. Turned data on and off. Everything I can think of. PLEASE HELP ME? Does anyone have a number that I can dial to reach the backdoor to adjust the signal. There was a number that did that with the thunderbolt. It was like #446644 or something. Thanks guys.

I keep having the same problems with my charge.. its the 4G network i think.. but my gf has the exact same phone and she has never had an issue .. I just keep complaining and they keep sending me new 'certified' phones.. w/e i'm just happy i'm always near a wifi network..
